The brick work and windows look pretty high quality to my eye.

The original bricks were dismantled then stored during construction. See post #15 in this thread for a fuller explanation.

They haven't even begun to build the park! It'll be lucky if this park opens in Summer 2018...

It probably won't be ready until next year and I have little doubt it went way over budget. The good news is infrastructure is very rarely ever nice to look at and despite the delays and huge cost, this looks like it's going to be a great space once complete!
