I would've considered crossing the street to get a couple pics up close but it was a cold and windy day yesterday. Especially in this Upper Birchcliff area!

Is it me or are their 2 projects in the area taking long as hell to get built? Maybe it's a good thing because they're not rushing it and taking their time to bake that cake with love....right? Right?

Ohh they got a long way to go before completion, including landscaping work! End of 2024 seems like a challenge at this rate.

What's going on with the other project that started before this one? The "wood" siding looks rather crappy.

Definitely major red flags regarding projects by Core Development in terms of completion wait times and quality in materials.
