It will. It's still under construction. There are tree vertical sections that aren't fully complete that are critical to seeing the leaf.

Knowing Concord, I give it three months before they all break down or start a balcony fire.

hmmmm yeah maybe!

Probably due to our climate, condo developers in Toronto often treat balconies as an afterthought. Nearly all balconies don't even have lights, let alone heaters. These signature towers may not be architecturally stunning, but at least they put some efforts in turning the balconies into almost year-round extensions of the living space. Do we even find these features in the ShangriLa/Ritz Carlton/Four Seasons residences?
