I hate to be the bearer of bad news but concord sky is almost at ground level so we get to watch that monstrosity go up next

My hope is that the majority of that retains some of the KPF design but yes good point.

Like many here, I'm weary of many of a-A's recent (and sterile) designs... but the build quality of their stuff is usually quite good. Since they are AOR on Concord Sky maybe there's a glimmer of hope. We'll see.

Kinda suprised KPF (design architects) have allowed their name to remain attached after it was V-E'd quite thoroughly.
