Meh. I find other than height there's nothing really special about these towers. Plus the maple leaf motif looks unflattering from a distance.
I don't think anyone is saying they're anything special, but the towers themselves are hardly the disaster that some were claiming they would be.
They do help to anchor the western skyline as viewed from the harbour/islands though. It would be nice if the top levels were illuminated at night.

That's the point really - there aren't so bad nasty as they are a massive under - achievement for such a "signature" location, aesthetically speaking at least.

This is an insane amount of density about to occupy and begin to impact local retail and services.

Just think about how many residents here may use Bikeshare daily on an already over-strained part of the system!
