Are the Maple Leaf motifs going to stand out in daylight as well as the design on Sugar Warf phase 1? So far to me, it looks like the motifs will be much more subdued, realizing it's is very early in construction.

If I recall, they are meant mostly to stand out at night because they will be lit up.
 
What I find interesting and like is just how much taller this is going to be than the Well right beside it.

Every time I see this, those balcony heaters reminds me of those sodium-vapour security lights you often see on the sides of industrial and commercial buildings. Not a good look.
It‘s such a shame Concord didn’t go with the low profile, flush fitting heaters depicted in the marketing materials, not to mention the teak-coloured composite siding soffits that’s been replaced by pale yellow paint on concrete. 😕
