Thank you very much for the save and that makes sense because that's the exact area that they are currently working in with the excavator

They have surface parking at Costco locations in Peel and York regions so the chances of underground parking at this location is virtually zero.

Looks exactly like every other Costco i've seen.
That's becoming quite a concentration for Costco; Barrie, Orillia and now Wasaga.

They are saying opening 2026 probably was a lame thread to make but just another spot to take pictures of whenever I'm out for drives

It's just a generic name for their warehouses. They have various configurations but more or less the same in terms of sq. footage.

Looks like grading is ongoing at the site - this shot was taken yesterday. I have heard the opening is slated for November 26th, 2025

I have a hard time believing that there is still a massive pile of fill on the site from the subdivision next door as well as there's one excavator and two rock trucks working over there tops but if more equipment starts arriving on site I will be the first to post pictures this area is going to be crawling with construction with this and phase two of the casino under way
