So looks like my speculation was correct. Today's event related to the ceremonial renaming of Wynford between DVP and Don Mills and presenting of the Key to the City and the accompanying press release all but confirmed ground breaking for 5A. Unsure if it will strictly be ceremonial - that remains to be seen.

Shoring has been approved... Considering this is only a 27 storey building unlike the complexity of Block 12. This should see occupancy towards the end of 2025 around the same time as block 12.

Here is a photo from Friday. Shoring has advanced on the Generations Building.. Funny enough this building will likely be completed around the time Block 12 is even though Block 12 started over 1.5 years ago. (just because block 12 is much more complex than this block which is basically just a 27 ish storey building and a medium sized podium)
