Laird was the only station with capacity built in for future tower expansion above, yet we still just got this dumb pavilion. Ridiculous...
Eglinton is as well, and ironically it's probably going to be the only station that sees a development overtop of it. I highly doubt we'll see anything popping over Laird due to Metrolinx' ineptitude.

Looks like this development will be built over the secondary entrance at Laird Station.

Where would you build a development above? The two story houses around the southwest corner, or the parking lots around the southeast corner? I pick the parking lots first. Maybe in 50 years, the other corners will change...
