That lobby....cut out area looks awful. Whatever cladding that it reminds me of random wood tiles patterned into an "aesthetic"

Guess what? It\'s still not done. I\'m thinking, at least on a pro rata basis, i.e. based on number of floors vis a vis the One, that this will have taken longer to complete than The One.

I wonder if the city can put a little pressure on this woeful mess. Start setting fines for blocking the sidewalk for so long. It’s ridiculous.

This is an underwhelming project that could have been much better. The developer, WZMH, seems to have some kind of distraction keeping them from focusing and getting the job done.
