Thanks for this. I actually managed this project at its inception (10 years ago) but have still never been to see it fully built out. Photo below from 2013 is notice of this development’s concurrent variances, severance and OPA/ZBA applications. Curious to know what local reaction has been.

Man no problem. I really like the architecture on the Arc. Really cool to see the empty fields again. I live in the area and that's all I knew until this development came around. Thank you for posting that.
