I agree, Daniels seems to have done a great job with this building and place-making. Wish there was more room on this stretch of the waterfront for them to do more developments, but I think all the land is accounted for.

Yes, good to see that SB North and SB South are visually linked.
 
It's great to see more public realm improvements down here. This area has a long way to go, but it is getting there. LRT is needed so badly though. Unfortunately I'm not crossing my fingers with the current gov.

Interesting- did they retain Claude Cormier for the northern Sugar Beach extension (either for this project, or from previous specs/designs), or they they ape the design?

I've been having Guv withdrawals lately. That club was like no other and we were spoiled when we had it. I'm looking forward to the day that Sugar Beach North opens up and I can hang out where the Gallery room once stood.

Based on the progress, it should be soon. A sizeable crew was working on it today.
