Bunch from today.
The space behind the Y pillar looks really dramatic in-person; very excited to see how it progresses and turns out:
Tried to give a sense of the area that'll become the extension of Sugar Beach here:
Big 'ol hole for the tower(s):
We rarely see updates of the north side (and it'll be hidden in a few years), but the built form has a bit of flare there, too:
This view will be mostly blocked by an awful Menkes job in a few years:

It seems like no developer is willing to take even the smallest risks or create any kind of destination shopping/dining.
No developer? The Well, Mirvish Village, the Galleria redevelopment, Bloor & Dufferin, Canary District… that's five teams of developers.
