That's almost certainly a design choice. The panels are vertically unitized so it's not like someone accidentally slipped the wrong piece into the wrong frame

Maybe, just find it odd that the north and south sides appears to be lined up correctly (as shown in post #740 and 742) except for these few panes on the west facing side... gotta control my OCD... lol
 
Oh, boo! So it was the installers having a beer? Time to loosen the architectural straightjacket in this city, just a little bit.

Are there two colours for the mullions, or do some of them still have a protective wrap on? I hope they're all going to be black eventually. Between the two colours of brick and fourth-floor projection on the left side, this one is getting close to "too much going on" territory.
