When do you guys reckon this will complete? Looks to be going up very quickly. Wasn't expecting them to get to this stage till early Spring 2019 but seems like they'll be pretty close to completing the West tower come this time next year.
 
They said they are pretty much 100% on schedule currently per the Daniels Rep at the Artworks sales event.

while a shame that it is, those "steps" in the new sugar beach extension are a pretty big code issue - I'm interested to see how that is dealt with. my understanding is that "disappearing steps" are not up to AODA standards as the risers are uneven and difficult to traverse for people with disabilities. I'm guessing that is why there is still a fence around them.
 
Looks cool, but with the interior had taken inspiration from the Corus building across the street. It's so much more playful and fun. I can see 130QQE being pretty vibrant once we have more bodies milling about the area
