This name belongs to the "Success" towers school of project naming. Just a hunch but I imagine the target market probably responds well to words like "wealth," "prosperity," "longevity," "good luck" and so forth...

Been a while since I walked down this street, and I was like whoa! Didn't there used to be houses here?

Soudan is going nuts. There's this project, Lillian Park, Art Shoppe, 2221 Yonge which is using Soudan for access.

And then potentially Plaza Midtown and the Brownlow condos!

Yup. Soudan between Mt. Pleasant and Yonge is not a nice place to walk, bike or drive through at the moment. Construction vehicles constantly.

Neither is Eglinton, of course.
