Noticed on the streetcar this morning that some of the cladding on King had been replaced with black-painted plywood; I guess that explains that. (Although a lot of the balcony glass along King had also been patched with plywood, so maybe it's not just the stone cladding that's not performing. What a mess this thing is.)
 
This new cladding is actually called equitone natura, a concrete fibre product, nicer cleaner alternative to the previos concrete panels.
