I know @Edward Skira posted about these yesterday but it was a nice afternoon and I just got a new Fitbit so I went on a walk

This one is turning out well. Inoffensive grey brick, highly reflective glass, barely noticeable spandrel, no excess mullions or transoms. From today:

I just noticed on PlanIt there is a new application for the plot just south of the new "Gatineau Street" built along with this development. No documents just yet but it will be for 25 and 35 storey buildings. Same developer I believe.

IMO, way too tall for here. anything 30+ should be confined to the Promenade Mall redevelopment area. I'll keep an eye out for documents.

For reference of my previous post regarding the new application: it would be 25 and 35 storey towers in this bit of space between the 6 storey seniors residence and the new 22 storey D'Or condo.
