The name is bad, agreed, call it a memorial. My guess is they don't want to evoke a sense of sorrow in the entertainment district.
Given its small size it looks very promising, the glass netting pieces look very intriguing, and no doubt will have some interesting characteristics depending on the light through out the day.

Grasett Experience

I was thinking plaza or memorial too. I just feel the city is attempting to pull the wool over people's eye by calling it a park. The Entertainment District will need more green patches with benches and trees as it continues to densify into one of the densest communities on the continent.

I wish this didn't read like so much urban clutter. A tiny street corner seems like the wrong place for such massive objects that provide no actual amenity but take up a lot of space. I'd ditch the glass panels, keep the interesting ground treatment and benches (maybe express the cheese cloth motif here, if needed) and plant some great, sheltering trees that people will actually enjoy sitting under, as a welcome respite in this very built-up area.

It's a tiny public realm improvement. Why call it anything. It's essentially an art piece next to the Cinema condo. A park it is not. It's too small to be a square.

I actually think that instead of doing the glass panes with the cheesecloth texture printed on it (which feels urbanistically awkward and likely prone to expensive damage), they should do an art piece with a metal mesh, which will actually resemble cheesecloth a bit more closely.

I.e. This texture:

Maybe with a wavy form like this (and you can imprint forms onto it as well):

I don't know if this has been officially opened/dedicated yet (not that I've heard, anyway), and it needs a serious wash and the replacement of the word "Park" with "Plaza", but here y'are:
