the very first thing I listed was in the neighbourhood (yorkdale). People may NEED to leave the neighbourhood for work and I would think many would agree that downsview park is close enough to again be considered part of the neighbourhood.. The only reason I am replying is because the first comment was so hostile to anyone thinking of moving here.

The area is going to need about a thousand more buildings like this to make it even remotely dynamic and appealing. Gotta start somewhere I guess...
 
It is still in Toronto and yes this city is insane. Wait until they build out Yorkdale the way OMERS has it planned in the next 10 years - should be super interesting.
 
How did you find someone to rent here for $2700??

Considering its proximity to the very upscale Yorkdale perhaps this is the new Yorkville. :)
