The design is nothing dramatic (in-fact, very middle-of-the-road), but the detailing and materials make it very sleek-looking.

This is one of the few buildings in recent years that feels like a high-end North American condo project, rather than the strange punched-window-pretending-to-be-glass window wall vernacular that seems to be a GTA phenomenon.

Nice new building, although would've been better without the white balcony bits IMO.
 
Looks great. The design of the mechanical penthouse is confusing to me however. It has nothing to do with the rest of the tower.
 
I give this building a solid B rating. Majority of the vertical expanse is cleanly resolved, and a welcomed departure from the typical old Kirkor design. Marks docked off for the podium though IMO.
