New rendering was taken from the arch plan via SPA. The height changed from 29.49m to 31.34m. Total unit count changed from 54 units to 60 units. Finally, the total parking space changed from 21 parking to 31 parking.

@HousingNowTO will wish to make note of the angular plane precedent here, specifically, that if you don't materially alter the height, planning may accept it being reduced/eliminated on an existing approval as a minor variance.

Good to be able to quantify the change too, both in number of units and number of bedrooms added.

This one has had NOAC since Oct '21 and Building Permits pending since Dec '21. Now a mostly technical resubmission with the only stat change being a reduction in total vehicular parking from 31 to 29.
