my biggest pet peeve about apartment buildings in this city are buildings that don't maintain the tri-sorter and make it garbage only. 2 of the 3 building's i've lived in haven't had a working tri-sorter, and the one that did was literally brand new.

Yup this row on either side is all opaque. You can tell because the glass sits a little bit more flush with the frame vs the transparent pieces which are a little more inset.

I may be wrong but I don't think the glass is any different in that line; I think it's just that there is a wall on the other side of it (since it's a bathroom). Is that possible? If just on the other side of that glass is drywall, that would change the appearance of the glass, no? See "Tainan" floorplan below (645 sq ft 1+den).

It is possible that there's wall behind it — that's what happens with spandrel all over the city. Normally the back of the glass is painted, and that may be the case here, but that would pretty much make it the first case in which they've figured out how to colour match correctly so that the windows and spandrels look basically identical from the exterior. Whatever they've done, it's a first time achievement. Ever. Historic moment.

Good spandrel, yes.

I just find it hilarious that those two unit floor plans are exactly identical other than a 3sf difference in total area, and yet they are marketed under different names for some reason. Can't say I understand that...

Because they're different.

Looks as though the mechanical is being clad in black aluminum siding. The plans showed it as white, but we’ve seen that they’ve tweaked aspects of the design during execution. Not a bad thing.
Also, swung by this morning and the hoarding at ground level has been replaced with chain link fencing.
