Interesting. I was wondering what was going in there.

The TTC leased out that big new warehouse off the 400 (here) and moved all their storage city-wide to that location, from my understanding.

They also used this site to do layouts of streetcar special work (so it can be installed fast when they are doing the actual installs) but a couple of years ago they created an outdoor yard on Unwin @ Leslie and seem to do some that work there now.

I have noticed that Zeidler has done a lot of residential projects recently for CF so I wonder if they will be doing a few of the buildings here.

I have noticed that Zeidler has done a lot of residential projects recently for CF so I wonder if they will be doing a few of the buildings here.

Not just residential. For CF, Zeidler has done many projects across the country. Here in Toronto recently for CF they have done: Eaton Centre Galleria skylight, BMO Campus (with Q2), 2 Queen W, the Queen St Bridge.
Zeidler also acquired Queen's Quay (Q2) a few years back, who has a long history of working with CF.
