Little bit more complicated than that. A shorter version of this was approved by settlement in 2022 (see below). In 2023 Lamb resubmitted the plan you see here. So there is both an approved version, and this one which is not yet approved.

This one was before Council last week; it was a settlement offer and it was adopted.
