They’ve moved the 2 larger signs up by 1 window pane, so the signs aren’t sitting on top of each other anymore.

That makes sense.

The two bigger signs are obviously for the distant view from further back in the mall, whereas the entrance signs are for wayfinding.

I have to say this is one of those projects that came damn near close to exactly like the renders. Shame in the end about the stoplights - would have been cool to have newer designs of those but that's a redtape nightmare I'm sure!

At least Cadillac Fairview isn't in the theme park business, because it would share its acronym with Cedar Fair (owner of Canada's Wonderland).
