The last time I was inside the mall, scaffolding was still in place with part of it moved to the north now. 200% better with the new skylight and it sure brighten up the mall.

In time for 2023! Enjoy the konpeitō hanging from the ceiling! Konpeitō are Japanese sugar star candy.

Yes, I know that they are not exactly konpeitō, but just stars and snowflakes.

Speaking of konpeitō, I have taken photos of the waifu cutout in front of Indigo:

As a bonus, I bought this book sold in this Indigo to celebrate the new year:

CadFair has announced what's happening to the south food hall. You can read about 'Queen's Cross' here. Four more renderings in the story.

It seems like they didn't learn anything from the last one and are just repeating the same idea again.

Village by the Grange food court aesthetics - and I suspect at a higher price and less unique.

I agree that the renderings are not promising…

…but this is the company that designed the revived Paradise Cinema, Maison Selby, DaiLo, Baro, and more, so what they don't manage to finesse into their renderings, they definitely get right in the build-out. They really should hire a better rendershop to represent their work.
