I was surprised that he was behind the ‘Trump’ spire. Not because of the brand, but it just seems unexceptional to me (other than the height).

I agree that the renderings are not promising…
…but this is the company that designed the revived Paradise Cinema, Maison Selby, DaiLo, Baro, and more, so what they don't manage to finesse into their renderings, they definitely get right in the build-out. They really should hire a better rendershop to represent their work.

That food court isn't going to work. The last one felt unmistakably like it was shoved in a corner, and this will too. There are ways to open that space up and bring more light down to it, and this new scheme doesn't seem to aspire to that. It just repeats the last concept all over again.

O&B is getting more and more ordinary. And now a food court? Excuse me, an "elevated and approachable food hall experience". So, not so elevated that it wouldn't be considered totally generic.

I miss the Taco Villa with the taco bowls where the bowls were edible. Loved those.
