It's always kindof been an issue, but BMO has been leasing up waaay too much prime real estate lately, The Well, Mirvish Village, one of the few retail units even available in the waterfront area, and now here. That corner is positioned for something at least somewhat interesting.
Bold and flashy is the predicted future. Boarded and fizzled seems to be it's eventual reality. /sigh
Not saying I was agreeing it was. But rather pointing out the irony of the claim.It was neither even 5 years ago - just tired and cliched.

After having seen the Sony Centre in Berlin and now The Well I can see CF glassing over the space between the EC and Old City Hall to create a more useable space. Even cover over Albert Street. If they can pull it off in Astana surely we can do it here! Lol
