I don't think so. Purpose built rental and all.. I know it was approved for 34 floors before the re-design or enlarging.

These towers will be insane to look up at when their WAAAAY up there. Still miss the retail on that corner, but I guess it was bound to happen :/ I'm hoping this is actually black glass, it'll look so crazy in a couple yers with all the development in the immediate area

It will NOT be black glass. I'll be regular glass with cheap plastic wrap that happens to be black in colour,.... don't ask me how I know! ;p And since it's really just based on black colour plastic wrap,.... It'll tend to fade and look even cheaper when it does. Ditto for the red.
