Even if just 4 floors, this is absolutely lovely.

Hpefully the alley ends up looking something like that too.
 
Is this supposed to also have an entrance to the Crosstown? It's not immediately apparent in the render where that would be.
 
This Sally Ann's location should be open to LGBT individuals (despite the church favouring traditional marriage).
