The hoarding and barriers around the site makes it impossible for people to get conventional photos of the construction pit at ground level. When this rises above grade, there should be more coverage of this project overall.

I walked right past this the other day, camera in hand. And it just didn't even cross my mind to shoot it. But it iiiiis a Phantom project, so maybe it turned invisible on me
