In good old times it would be approx. 1 floor per week, but it doesn't look like this anymore. I wonder how much time until the roof party?

I got a feeling this building may go up quickly, since its podium is a tad smaller in area size in comparison to the rest of the building. Thus there won't be the usual long waiting time for the podium to be built and set, before the fun part starts to kick in, I gather.
