If you squint, you can see The One rising between 1 Bloor East and the W Hotel in the first (panoramic) picture. It's going to be a game changer for the Bloor-Yorkville skyline for sure, but I guess from this perspective (Chester Hill Lookout) most of its bulk will be obscured by 1 Bloor East.

It's a window wall box. There's a level of sophistication to it that can be easily missed. Each panel, spandrel or glass, narrow or wide has a complimentary mirrored panel. The east/west window wall arrangement are perfectly symmetrical. This may not be as thrilling as the personality next to it. It's still a nice reprieve to see a Miesian level response put into a undistinguished grey window wall box. Toronto has a lot of personas in the skyline but, they tend to brutishly engineered around the most productive interior plan.
