There is a VAC truck out front sucking up the sidewalk. There are cement trucks waiting on the side street so we can expect it poured today :)

The real question is the quality of the tenants, whether we can get some independent boutique retail or if all we end up with is another drug store/bank/dentist office.

That being said, I don't mind this building. A simple design, but better executed than its northern neighbour for sure, and it hides the latter quite nicely.
