Zoning Amendment has been filed in October of 2022 proposing 8-storeys:

To change the zoning to a Modified Transit Oriented Corridor Multiple Residential (TOC3) Zone with a Holding Provision to allow for 8 storey multiple dwelling containing 210 dwellings, in addition to 2 townhouse blocks containing 10 dwelling units.
