Great addition to an under-rated area, and for those who want something on a smaller scale than the density of Humber Bay. A few more of these types of projects along this stretch would be ideal. Thanks for the photo update guys...nice to see this finally starting construction!

Rather offensive comment on page one btw. Mimico/Long Branch area is amazing--very small town Ontario feel. Love it.

Too bad they couldn't get that last house before the hall, as it is totally out of place there now. More so once the building is built. Real eye sore.

The excavation is down about 2m for the whole site.

What is odd, the building is going in behind the existing building on Lake Shore beside this building and is already excavated like the rest of the site.

New to the forum. What are your thoughts on success of retail at the base on this building vs. further east at Park Lawn/Lakeshore (i.e. West Lake, Beyond the Sea etc)?

It will do find base on the area.

The other sites will take time as it new and needs a lot of residents there first to support what every it is so long it is the right business for the area.

Went by a site that was built almost 5 years ago and still about 40% empty for retail considering the residential base that was there before the development was built.
