Hmmm,... so regarding that south facing retail strip that's being conveyed to City as Section 37 Community Benefit - adjacent to another conveyance to City at Sorbara's Beacon Condo,... that was once originally planned to be part of a St.Lawrence Market North format to be named North York Square then North York Mews,... but now it'll be rented out to "The Neighbourhood Group" consisting of North York Arts, Toronto Fringe Festival, North York Seniors, North York Women Centre,... rented out on 5 year term at $2 per year - opportunity cost of $1,122,066 plus HST
Honestly that's great - I wish the city would do more of that. The better question here is when the heck will the rest of the retail be complete (even if renting it out is a different story) !
