Still a concrete bunker and trying to keep up with the Jones across the 427.

The earliest you could see this built is 2022 base on past track recorder for sales for the first phase.

If it wasn't for the Valhalla Square project getting off the ground sooner than plan, this tower would still be back on the burner and years away. I said years ago 2021 would be the easiest the next phase come to market, looks like it will be 3 years ahead of that date now, assuming it happen in 2018.
 
Final Report - 10 Eva Road - Application to Lift Holding Provisions (H)


The proposed development is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement (2020) and conforms with A Place to Grow: Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe (2019). This report reviews and recommends approval of the application to amend site-specific Zoning By-law No. 600-2009 to partially lift the Holding (H) symbol.
 
Was by the site a week ago and it was still dead. I stated about 5 years ago that the 3rd of 4 towers would be lucky to see construction by 2020. It only looks like 3 towers will get built here now, considering there is room for a 4th, based on the final design of towers 3. The Valhalla projects across the road have built more and sooner than this site that it's possible both phases will be completed before the 3rd tower is built. Not a fan of the first phase.

Not really considering the bunker that was being build and how fast the other side was being built. Based on the time frame I stated years ago, this about the right time I said we would see towers 3 and 4. I haven't seen the site plan for this tower, but looks like tower 4 has been scrap.

I think tower 4 will be built eventually. Way after tower 3 is finished.
Other residential West Mall projects are on back burner too: 361 West Mall, 385 West Mall , 555 West Mall.

Saw the site a few days ago and got some shots of it. Once the hording is in place, the drone folks will only get shots of the site until it above the hording. You may get some shots from the main entrance only after it reach grade.

The excavation is for haft the site that will include the connect to tower 4.

At the rate this thing has been moving, will be surprise to see tower 4 construction before 2027.

Photos will follow once I get to them as I am back log at this time.

COVID-19 has slow things down some what, but was expecting to see a slow down starting this year for next few years before COVID-19 surface.
