I have photos from a few weeks ago that have never been posted from various location due to time.

Don't see much happening with retail here since the all the retail space is still empty in the 2 development west of it.

It will be decades before you see anything try to go up on the north side. If anything does go up on the north side, be lucky to see max 10's.

Saw this thing in person today. Looks nothing like the renders. Not even close. Very underwhelming to say the least.

The contrast between the black mullions and white precast was an important detail in the minimalist design. They got rid of it in favour of dull beige mullions and beige precast without contrast.

It's not like the previous design was even expensive....so I'm not so sure if this is a case of "cheapening". I just don't understand why they changed from the old design. Really disappointing.

Got a chance to tour the building the other day. All in all, it's pretty decent. The common areas have been tastefully done. Very nice looking party room. Cramped gym but pretty decent. Lobby's pretty nice too. Looking at the units, seems like the workmanship is pretty good as well. I've seen far worse from condos twice the price.
