I live in the neighbourhood. In a SFH. And I chose to live here to be beside all the development. It creates more places to discover and go to. Specifically for this project I can’t wait to check out the new hotel’s restaurant.

The walk score is probably better than most central Toronto neighbourhoods.

My walk score is 84. I walk to the mall. To drop my kids off at school. To both a public tennis court and private court. To church. To the library. To celebration square. And although in the suburbs to Starbucks. I’m good.

There a lot of services available at MCC. It kinda goes hand in hand.

My walk score is 84. I walk to the mall. To drop my kids off at school. To both a public tennis court and private court. To church. To the library. To celebration square. And although in the suburbs to Starbucks. I’m good.

I'm in a different part of Mississauga that is pretty suburban but still has a decent walk score (67). I walk for many of my services (dentist, vet, coffee shop, upscale grocery store for convenience groceries, bubble tea, community centre). People don't seem to appreciate that there are quite a few pockets of reasonable walkability in the suburbs. It may not always be the prettiest or nicest urban form, but the same is true for most of the City of Toronto (the suburban parts).

Agreed. Looks far taller than it really would be. Not terribly excited by yet another stacked box concept and the pink hat knocked askew doesn't work for me, either. Going to look quite garish, methinks.

Here’s the thing. I walk to more things here than when I lived in the city. I did take transit more there though. It’s a trade off. But once I’m home from work I essentially walk everywhere.
