I don't know what the developer/architect is thinking, but it is alarming that they're considering the 2 options on the right:

Large frit pattern makes a bolder yet more sophisticated statement. Either white or black window wall.

I agree. the large frit pattern is def the way to go. The other two options are simply boring.
 
The panel with the large circular frit glass was broken one morning about a week ago. It still may be an option (I'm hoping!).
