60s tower's height is 193.8m
Towers A and B in phase 1; C and D in phase 2.

That makes it the tallest in the VMC, by about 3m, I believe.

The height limit in VMC is limited by (I think) Downsview's flight path - so it's never going to get much taller than this.

A - 193.8 and 188.1, 60 and 59 floors
B - 148.8 and 150.3, 45 and 46 floors
C - 179.1 and 177.6, 55 floors
D - 134.1 and 132.0, 40 floors

You are correct, these are the most up to date heights, as this drawing is now included in the Committee of the Whole (Public Hearing) package for November.
