While I don’t love the window wall, good design and solid balcony cladding should save this. Curtain wall would’ve been better but these will still look decent.

Are you talking in the distance to the right of DT Mississauga? If so that's the crane boom hanging ;p

Otherwise I would have to agree with @ben.thebean1 and ask for more specifics.
