This project, along with Maple Leaf Square, are two of the best high density big city new developments in Toronto. Too bad Metropolis/Toronto Life Square didn't end up as something like this.

How many floors on top of Bell Lightbox is Festival Tower? 35? Thanks for the pics.

The Festival Tower website states 46 storeys, the 2008 & updated "400 foot list" and thread heading calls it at 42 storeys.
