You would be a fan of the Monde balconies then.

I have no problem with concrete, I just don't mess with wooden work platforms. Nopenopenope. The Nicholas Residences balconies are among the most exposed I have set foot on, and those didn't bother me. The temporary wooden platform on the south side of L Tower was another story. Some very calculated foot movements were required to maintain composure.
 
thanks for all the updates, looks great, glad you caught the balconies in the sun, lately everyone has just been getting them when the pattern is grey.

I haven't seen that perspective on 5 St. Joseph before. Nice to see all their outdoor amenity space they will enjoy.
