It's a placeholder, yes. How long we'll be forced to bear it, however, is unknown as there is no publicly available timeline and Form's post-approval conditions are not public (if it even is one of those).
 
I really don't get all the hate for this project. I quite like it. The worst part is the ground floor. They should have just carried the building exterior right to the ground, with no inset.
 
That ground floor makes me think this building must be for elves, dwarves, and goblins. I've stared at this building go up over the last two years...I have no words. Except this is why I generally don't expect anything from Tridel.
Most of the Elves I know like their ceilings really high...

I'm assuming they gave up on renting the space along the south side along Stephanie Street? the 'for lease' signs were removed some time ago..
