Site has been around for a while. That said, fairly well done. Someone could easily confuse Projectcore with being a developer.

Yes that is the website, I don't understand how this is turning out into it's not going to get built conversation!

One thing for certain, Mirvish's Projectcore is not doing it. Someone like a Metropia that pulls the strings behind the curtain would be a good fit.

It also all comes down to the cladding. Who knows what that will be.
