I'm sad those old painted advertisements are being covered up once again. I guess it will help preserve them for future generations when this tower is demolished in a century for a 200 floor condo haha

I think what I like watching when these first get going is people grabbing pictures from Ariel vantage points and comparing them over the weeks as it gets taller than the building's surrounding it

it's an interior corner unit too with the corner facing north.. good luck getting much of any natural light in there too other than in the late afternoons.
