sooo, the OMB is a terrible bureaucratic apparatus that is destroying Toronto....what's new?
But so is the planning and developing committee? They all have their ideas of what urban is or should be, and nobody will ever agree on that.
 
toronto is filled with gridlock at city hall, city planning and transit and infrastructure projects. Time for solutions to the gridlock at all levels or toronto will always be a have not.
 
Sure we have some problems and many challenges, but calling this city "have not" is ridiculous, bordering on shameful.

Indeed, a have not city would be one that doesn't have these issues due to the lack of growth and development. That isn't the issue here in Toronto.
