The first section of concrete for grade level should be pour by the end of the month and the rest in early 2019, depending on the weather.

Thats a huge area below ground and close to 2 months a floor to do. The full grade level will not be pour until Feb, but not stop work at the east end to go up a floor. With the weather at this time of years, some work slow down. Over 50% of cars missing around the site for workers.
